Neferu is a premium Egyptian women's fashion brand based in Cairo, Egypt, owned and operated by Treclo. By accessing or purchasing from neferu.store, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time.
Products
- All products are subject to availability
- Product colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings
- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
Orders
- By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or email within 1–2 business days

- Cash on Delivery — available nationwide across Egypt

Limitation of Liability
Neferu shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

نيفيرو علامة تجارية مصرية متميزة للأزياء النسائية مقرها القاهرة، مصر، مملوكة وتُدار بواسطة شركة Treclo. بدخولك أو شرائك من neferu.store فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. نحتفظ بالحق في تحديثها في أي وقت.
المنتجات
- جميع المنتجات خاضعة للتوافر
- قد تختلف الألوان قليلاً بسبب إضاءة التصوير وإعدادات الشاشة
- جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري
- نحتفظ بالحق في وقف أي منتج في أي وقت
الطلبات
- بتقديم طلبك تؤكد أن جميع المعلومات دقيقة وكاملة
- نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب وفق تقديرنا
- يُرسل تأكيد الطلب عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال 1–2 يوم عمل
الدفع
- الدفع عند الاستلام — متاح في جميع أنحاء مصر
- بطاقات الائتمان والخصم المباشر
- الدفع الإلكتروني عبر بوابة دفع آمنة
الملكية الفكرية
